The ribbon comes in two colors, black or white, and you cannot choose the color.

You can also use it by melting it with the body temperature of your fingertips without lighting it. In that case, you can enjoy the scent and moisture with the feeling of using it like a kneaded perfume or moisturizing balm.

Because it is a easily meltable product, it may melt in hot summers, in direct sunlight, or in humid places, but it can be solidified again by placing it in a cool place. There is no problem with the quality.

Please store in a cool place below 22℃. If you want it to harden quickly, you can also harden it in the refrigerator.

After opening, store in a cool place and use as soon as possible. Even if unopened, please use it within one year as it contains many natural ingredients.

Although it can be used by pregnant women, please avoid using it on sensitive areas, and if you feel that it does not suit your skin, please refrain from using it.

Depending on your preference, please use about the amount of a 500 yen coin for an upper body massage (neck, décolletage, upper arms, chest, stomach).

Basically, it cannot be used on the face. As an exception, it can be used to massage the temples, but because it contains many ingredients that have a warming effect, it cannot be used on thin areas of the skin. If it gets near your eyes or mouth, immediately wash it off gently with soap.

It is also recommended for the neck and décolletage, stomach and thighs, and feet and ankles that get cold easily. Please avoid using on mucous membranes/weak areas of the skin/delicate zones.

Melt the remaining candle by pouring hot water over 60 degrees, remove the wick, and wipe it clean. We also recommend reusing it as a storage space for small items.

You can also use it like a perfume by applying a small amount behind your ears or on your wrist.

Wipe it off quickly. If it hardens over time, warm it with a warm towel and wipe it off.

The wick may have been buried in hardened wax. While the wax is soft, scrape the wax around the core with a spoon, being careful not to scrape the core.

Depending on the amount you want to melt, we recommend 3 to 10 minutes. Make sure there are no flammable items around, and do not leave the area after lighting a fire. Also, please be careful to keep it out of reach of children. Be sure to extinguish the fire before going to bed.

One box can hold up to two serum candles.

About returned goods and refunds

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us using the inquiry form within 5 days of your arrival date. We will inform you of the return address when we receive the return, so please return it within 5 days. If we confirm that the glass is damaged upon arrival, we will send you a new item within 5 days. If the product is damaged or there is any other defect due to our error, we will bear the shipping costs.

Once purchased, cancellations, refunds, and returns are not possible for the customer's convenience.
